Delete Your NotifiQ Data

You can delete your NotifiQ account and everything stored in our cloud at any time, and remove the habit data kept on your phone.
Delete your account and cloud backups
Only needed if you signed in with Google. In the app (fastest):
- Open NotifiQ and go to Profile → Cloud Backup.
- Tap Delete account and confirm with your Google account.
- Your account and all cloud backups are deleted straight away.
No longer have the app? Email us from the Gmail address you signed in with, using the subject "Delete my NotifiQ account". We will confirm and delete everything within 30 days.
Delete the data on your phone
- One habit: open the habit → Edit → Delete habit. Its history is removed with it.
- Everything: Android
Settings > Apps > NotifiQ > Storage & cache > Clear storage, or uninstall the app.
What is deleted, and what is kept
Deleting your account removes: your NotifiQ account (name, email, profile photo link, user ID, display name) and all cloud backups (habits, check-in history, moods, notes, challenges and settings).
- Data on your phone stays until you clear it as described above.
- Purchase records are kept by Google Play and RevenueCat for billing, tax and legal reasons. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription; cancel it in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Anonymous usage analytics (not linked to your account) are deleted automatically after a limited period.
