Terms of Use

By downloading, installing or using the NotifiQ mobile application or website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

NotifiQ helps you build habits with reminders, check-ins, streaks and reports. It is for personal motivation and productivity only and is not medical, health or professional advice. Your habits are stored on your phone; optional features such as Google sign-in and Cloud Backup store a copy in the cloud as described in our Privacy Policy.

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on devices you own or control. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the app or its content, including the logo, beaver mascot artwork and interface design, except where the law allows it. All NotifiQ branding, artwork and source code are protected by trademark and copyright laws.

Signing in with Google is optional and is needed for Cloud Backup. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure. You can delete your NotifiQ account at any time in the app (Profile → Cloud Backup → Delete account) or by following our Data Deletion instructions.

• What you get: Premium unlocks extra features such as full weekly and monthly reports with PDF/image export, App Lock, Cloud Backup, habit templates and challenges. Features may improve or change over time; we won't remove the core of what you paid for without a fair replacement or refund option. Unlimited habits and local file backup stay free.
• Plans: Monthly and Yearly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Lifetime is a one-time purchase for as long as the app is offered.
• Billing: payment is charged to your Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before renewal. Price changes follow Google Play's rules and you will be notified.
• Cancelling: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → NotifiQ → Cancel. Premium stays active until the end of the paid period. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Refunds: handled by Google Play under its refund policy. You can also email us and we'll help where we can.
• Restore purchases: use "Restore purchases" on the Premium screen with the same Google Play account you bought with.
• When Premium ends: automatic backups stop, App Lock turns off and full reports lock. Your habits stay on your phone and your existing cloud backups can still be restored.

You own your data. Cloud Backup is provided to help you, but please also keep your own file backups (Profile → Export) for important data. We are not responsible for data lost because of device failure, a deleted account, or events outside our reasonable control.

Don't misuse the app: no attempts to break its security, bypass Premium, access other users' data or overload our services. We may suspend accounts that do.

NotifiQ is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties that it will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that reminders will always be delivered (delivery depends on your phone's settings and battery optimisation).

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for NotifiQ Premium in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law.

We may update these Terms; we will change the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the app. Continuing to use the app means you accept the updated Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without affecting consumer rights you have where you live.
